9 leaders and workers of BNP have been sent to jail while seeking bail in Daulatpur sabotage case in Kushtia. Around 12:30 noon on Sunday, BNP leader Shishir Molla, the elder son of Reza Ahmed Bachchu Molla, former Member of Parliament of Kushtia-1 Daulatpur Constituency and Daulatpur BNP President Reza Ahmed Bachchu Molla, and Daulatpur Chhatra Dal convener Masuduzzamanan Rubel, 9 BNP party leaders and workers were sent to jail.

In the case of sabotage, they obtained bail from the High Court and when they appeared in the Kushtia District and Sessions Judge’s court and pleaded for bail, the court judge denied them bail and ordered them to be sent to jail. Earlier on July 31 in the early hours of Daulatpur, Daulatpur police station arrested 9 BNP leaders and workers on the charge of sabotage plan. Meanwhile, six hand bombs and indigenous weapons were recovered from them. They were absconding accused in that case.After taking bail from the High Court, he ordered them to appear in the lower court.
