Upazila Assistant Commissioner Lands and Mobile Court Judge Tarek Hasan conducted a mobile court in 4 shops including Mizan Traders and Badal Store in Amtali Municipality of Barguna to control the price of goods and keep the price increase and non-existence of price list.
The traders of 4 shops in the city have been fined Tk 4,300 for not having a list of the prices of the goods in the shop.
Amtali Upazila Assistant Commissioner Bhumi Tarek Hasan said that they have been fined under the Consumer Rights Protection Act.
