Staff Reporter : In order to implement the instructions of the Honorable Prime Minister Mujibwar Mujibwar, “Not a single person of Bangladesh will be homeless”, the program of house transfer (3rd stage-2nd stage) to the landless and homeless families in Paba Upazila of Rajshahi has been inaugurated. It is to be noted that in order to implement the instructions of the Honorable Prime Minister Mujibwar “Not a single person of Bangladesh will remain homeless”, the program of providing semi-furnished houses with land to all the landless and homeless people of the entire country has been undertaken through the shelter project. Under this program, all the destitute, poor and addressless beneficiary families in Bangladesh are divided into two categories, in which category A includes the landless and homeless, destitute and helpless poor families who have no land and houses, and category B, which has a maximum of 10 percent of land resources. But families without homes. In continuation of this, 52 upazilas of the country including all the upazilas of Panchagarh and Magura districts have been declared landless and homeless free through the transfer of 26 thousand 229 houses across the country. As a part of this, 150 landless and homeless families of Paba Upazila were transferred houses along with land (3rd phase-2nd phase).
