Rescued three-seater girl missing in Mymensingh, arrested-6

Mymensingh correspondent: Three twins were found missing from Vitekandi village of Fulpur upazila of Mymensingh. They were rescued from Sherpur district. Six people involved in the incident have been arrested. The arrestees are Munna Mia of Sherpur district, Masud Rana, Sultan Mahmud Sabuj, Momen Mia, Suraiya Raha and Jewel Mia.
Mymensingh District Superintendent of Police told reporters at a press conference at his office on Wednesday noon.
He said that on June 15, the villagers abducted Abida Sultana Poppy (15), Shahna Sultana Suma (15) and Rezia Sultana Champa (15) of Abdur Rahman from the village of Vitakandi South Para of Fulpur upazila and auto-rickshaw, at a house in Jhenaigati thana. Stuck in The victim’s uncle, Abdul Salam, filed a general diary on June 16 in the Phulpur thana.
On June 17, police recovered Abida Sultana Popi from Nakla of Sherpur district. According to his information, Abida Sultana Poppy and Shahana Sultana Suma were rescued from Jhenaidi Naksi Bazar area on the night of June 19 (Wednesday). Besides, Munna and Jewel were arrested.
On June 18, a case was filed in the Fulpur Police Station against women and children under the Prevention of Corruption Act, said the Superintendent of Police.
