Acting editor of human rights activist Abu Bakar Chowdhury is no more


Staff Reporter : Acting editor of the daily Manikantha Abu Bakar Chowdhury died. The doctors declared him dead when he was taken to a hospital in Dhaka in critical condition on Tuesday morning. The colleagues said, at the house of Dhanam-e-Din, Abu Bakr made a stroke at Chowdhury’s house. He was 54 years old. His brother-in-law Riaz Mahmud said that after the Johor on Tuesday, the janaza of Abu Bakar of Dhan-i-Taqwa Mosque will be held. Born on June 21, 1964, at the Green Road in Dhaka, Bakr studied at the University of Dhaka, in the management. His journalism started in the weekly suffice in 1991. Next year joined the weekly news.
