But these issues may be discussed in the future. State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam said this while addressing reporters in the Foreign Ministry on Tuesday. After being re-appointed as state minister for foreign affairs, Shahriar Alam faced reporters in his office on Tuesday. During this time he answered different questions of the journalists. Responding to a question of journalists, Shahriar Alam said that we are not worried about the Western countries’ statement on the recently concluded elections. Here the statement came because of lack of understanding and information gap with them. But these issues may be discussed in the future. Replying to a question, the State Minister said that since August 2011 we were busy with the Rohingya crisis. There is no way to deny that the Rohingya reinstatement has ceased after finalization. And there was not much progress in the Rohingya for three to four weeks due to the election coming. Rohingya is a pending issue. We’ll start working with it again. Responding to another question, Shahriar Alam said that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is not a ministry that is going to do the next 100 days, whether it will be the road or not, whether it will be school or not. This ministry works differently. The State Minister said the work of building 10 chancery buildings in different countries of the world is going on. The buildings will be very beautiful. Already, many beautiful chancery buildings in the country such as Delhi, New York, Japan have been built. He said, we did not see the elections of 70-73. But we have seen the spontaneity of the people in this election. That’s because our responsibilities have increased. We want to work with everyone.
